- Extensive experience within CMC environments
- Solid overview of relevant technologies, platforms, and development approaches
- Proven experience applying AI-based or digital intelligence tools
- Proven experience working with relevant databases for competitive insights
- Solid knowledge of state-of-the-art competitive intelligence methods
- Solid knowledge of structured data analysis, benchmarking, and synthesis of complex information
- Understanding of digitalization and advanced analytics impact on CMC development, manufacturing, and regulatory processes
- Strong analytical mindset
- Business-oriented thinking
- Ability to translate insights into impactful recommendations
- Basic understanding of compliance or data governance is a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement competitive intelligence concepts for CMC
- Translate data and AI insights into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Development CMC and Innovation Unit functions
- Design and execute AI-enabled competitive intelligence analyses
- Integrate technical, market, and digital intelligence
- Identify and monitor external CMC capabilities
- Evaluate performance, maturity, and business models
- Represent SmartCI in portfolio and strategy discussions
- Provide CMC intelligence for key development milestones
- Coordinate with subject-matter and regulatory experts
- Ensure scientific alignment and cross-functional validation
- Prepare reports and high-quality dashboards
- Transfer insights into strategic decisions and operations
- Drive prioritization of intelligence questions
- Coordinate execution across Development CMC and other units
