- Coordinate with external architects, engineers, and consultants
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update management regularly
- Assist in developing and maintaining site master plans for key locations
- Prepare layout concepts and space allocation studies based on requirements
- Support the procurement process for planning services
- Contribute to the strategic development of unused land and space
- Apply energy efficiency and ESG principles in planning and design
