Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years in service-focused roles (project management or service sales)
  • Experience in Power Plants or Waste‑to‑Energy environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in project and service execution
  • Experience mentoring junior professionals
  • Effective navigation of matrix or cross-functional organizations
  • Solid understanding of WtX (Waste‑to‑Energy) technologies
  • Solid understanding of local regulations
  • Solid understanding of service operations
  • Strong capabilities in contract management
  • Strong capabilities in negotiations
  • Strong capabilities in financial planning
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting
  • Hands-on experience in cost estimation
  • Hands-on experience in revenue forecasting
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Outstanding influencing abilities
  • Fluency in local language
  • Fluency in English
  • Additional languages considered a plus

Aufgaben

  • Lead and develop account management team
  • Manage and coach account managers in two locations
  • Ensure strong performance and customer focus
  • Align with company leadership principles
  • Serve as strategic point of contact for key customers
  • Support team in managing customer portfolios
  • Conduct customer visits
  • Lead negotiations and presentations
  • Grow share-of-wallet in service categories 4, 5, 6, and 8
  • Increase service contracts and overall revenue
  • Coordinate planning and execution of service projects
  • Supervise outages, shutdowns, and overhauls
  • Ensure timely and budgeted project delivery
  • Maintain quality, safety, and contractual compliance
  • Promote QHSE compliance
  • Ensure consistent documentation
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Technical Service, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse
  • Support accurate reporting and invoicing
  • Track financial performance
  • Maintain regular on-site presence
  • Represent RSC CH in global account management community
  • Contribute to risk management
  • Enhance operational efficiency
  • Achieve OI, CM, Net Sales, and customer satisfaction targets
