Anforderungen
- Professional High School Diploma (Bac Pro MEI) or 2-year technical degree (BTS in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, MAI, etc.)
- 1–3 years minimum in a logistics or automated industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electricity, and automation
- Familiarity with automated logistics systems
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and CMMS
- Ability to work in dynamic and shifting environment
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong safety mindset
Aufgaben
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on logistics equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or automated breakdowns
- Restore equipment to service quickly
- Adjust and check sorting or handling lines for proper functioning
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime
- Record maintenance interventions in the CMMS
- Analyze recurring faults to identify trends
- Conduct maintenance activities following health, safety, and environmental policies
- Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Engineering, and external service providers
- Support audits, technical inspections, and regulatory assessments
- Report recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions
- Communicate equipment status, risks, and necessary actions clearly
