- Assist Facility Maintenance Manager and specialists with daily operations
- Complete and process work order forms through multiple systems
- Interact with current and new vendors for maintenance tasks
- Provide customized reports from the CMMS
- Monitor and organize part inventory, including physical movement
- Maintain spending and safety documentation according to policies
- Perform common office tasks like filing, copying, and answering phones
- Review and prepare work order forms for management approval
- Resolve deficiencies with technicians and vendors through various communications
- Complete and follow up on contract and purchase order forms
- Oversee workflow processes and data entry in the CMMS
- Retrieve information via reports and customized queries in the CMMS
- Research best pricing and quality options for goods and services
- Track spend to budget through contracting and payment ledgers
- Train and orient new maintenance personnel at the location and region
