- Familiarity with metrology tools for process control
- Strong team player with problem-solving ability and organizational skills
Aufgaben
- Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production systems
- Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of diffusion equipment
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance
- Apply workplace safety and efficiency practices aligned with 5S methodology
- Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams
- Participate in system upgrade and modernization projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues
- Train and mentor colleagues on diffusion systems and best maintenance practices
- Promote compliance with safety regulations and procedures
