- Design intelligent end-to-end solutions
- Use M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph
- Build and enhance automations and copilots
- Integrate systems through APIs and event-driven architectures
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and responsible AI
- Operate and improve ALM pipelines
- Monitor and manage solution lifecycle
- Drive user adoption with training and documentation
- Manage licensing and costs
- Align AI & Automation portfolio with stakeholders
