- Execute deal structuring, including offers and terms
- Present transaction details to senior management
- Collaborate with Pharma and Diagnostics Partnering teams
- Engage with Legal M&A and other corporate functions
- Train and mentor junior M&A colleagues
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and strategic planning
