Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in low-code/no-code automation, workflow development, or software development
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
- Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats (JSON or similar) within automation platforms
- Proven ability to design and manage complex workflows across multiple SaaS tools and systems using low-code solutions
- Solid experience connecting and synchronizing data across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion or similar)
- Experience building reliable automation workflows with error handling, retries, logging, and validation
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, fault-tolerant automation workflows across multiple tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of API limitations (rate limits, pagination, authentication) and performance optimization
- Experience working with real-time vs. scheduled (batch) automation workflows and selecting appropriate approaches
- Experience automating communication systems (email, messaging APIs, outreach workflows)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workflow reliability and consistency
- Self-directed work ethic with ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows independently
- Portfolio or examples of advanced automation workflows or low-code projects
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above

- Collaborate with Tendem Agents on repetitive tasks
- Provide automation expertise and structured thinking
- Ensure reliable and scalable workflow execution
- Design complex automation workflows across business tools
- Build workflows using low-code platforms (Make.com, n8n)
- Optimize workflows with APIs, webhooks, and event-based logic
- Implement custom JavaScript for advanced logic and transformations
- Synchronize data across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs)
- Ensure reliable workflow execution with error handling
- Log and implement fallback mechanisms
- Troubleshoot and improve automation performance
- Reduce workflow failures and optimize efficiency
- Support automation of communication workflows
- Automate operational workflows (messaging, outreach, notifications)
