You will drive efficiency across EU road freight by coordinating complex transport logistics, managing driver schedules, and building strong partnerships to ensure every delivery arrives on time.

Anforderungen

• •Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Spedition, Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• •Berufserfahrung in Disposition, idealerweise im internationalen Fernverkehr
• •Erfahrung mit Frachtenbörsen und am Transportmarkt
• •Sicherer Umgang mit Transportmanagementsystemen und MS Office
• •Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• •Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
• •Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• •Completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field
• •Proven experience as dispatcher, ideally in international long-distance transport
• •Strong organizational and communication skills with service-oriented mindset
• •Proficiency with transport management systems and MS Office applications
• •Ability to work under pressure and make sound, fast decisions
• •Very good command of English
• •High level of responsibility, reliability, and analytical approach
• •Team-oriented personality with assertiveness and customer focus

• •Analyze operational data for cost-saving opportunities
• •Improve service quality and departmental productivity
