Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields

- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

- Prior internship or work experience in logistics or warehousing preferred
Aufgaben
- Create, organize, and archive shipping documents, transportation records, and customs clearance files, ensuring accurate entry into ERP, WMS, and other systems for traceability.
- Maintain real-time logistics data, synchronizing goods received, dispatched, and in-transit status.
- Coordinate with carriers (sea, air, land) to arrange receipt, delivery, manage daily transport, track shipments, and address anomalies.
- Support carrier selection and cost optimization through rate and service evaluations.
- Liaise with internal teams, external customers, carriers, and freight forwarders to facilitate order processing, handover, and issue resolution.
- Compile logistics data and generate reports on transportation, inventory, and costs for performance analysis.
- Participate in invoice verification, cost accrual, and settlement processes for cost control.
- Complete special assignments, such as coordinating cross-region or return logistics, and support process improvements and equipment management.
