As a Logistics Planning Manager for omni-channel warehouses, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient logistics operations. Your role involves developing strategic plans, collaborating with various teams, and optimizing processes to maintain smooth inventory flow and high customer satisfaction.

Anforderungen

• •Fluency in English, German is a plus
• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• •3+ years of experience in warehouse planning, logistics, or supply chain management
• •Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and order fulfillment processes
• •Strong data affinity, analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS), preferably in fashion industry
• •Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel)
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• •Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)

Aufgaben

• •Develop and execute logistics plans for omni-channel warehouses
• •Collaborate with Sourcing, Commercial planning, Warehouse, and Transportation teams
• •Ensure adequate warehouse capacity and efficient distribution processes
• •Define inventory flow and storage strategies
• •Identify logistical risks and develop mitigation strategies
• •Track key performance indicators related to warehouse planning
• •Prepare reports and provide insights to stakeholders
• •Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements
• •Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• •Utilize logistics and supply chain management systems
• •Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
