As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing warehouse activities and ensuring smooth communication between procurement and suppliers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve tracking orders, preparing reports, and coordinating inventory while maintaining high-quality standards.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational training in trade/aviation as a specialist for warehouse management
• •At least 2 years experience in logistics and high-volume manufacturing with stock management knowledge
• •Proven knowledge of SAP and MS-Office
• •Good language skills in English (min. B2), German is beneficial
• •Solution-oriented and highly reliable, good team player
• •Flexibility to work in early and late shifts
• •Valid driving license for Germany

Aufgaben

• •Serve as a key link between procurement and supplier teams regarding delivered goods and parts
• •Manage all warehouse activities, including AOG management, spare parts, inventory, and transport coordination
• •Prepare periodic reports and communicate with internal and external clients
• •Follow up on order processes until completion
• •Track loads and generate goods receipts in SAP, ensuring fulfillment confirmation according to internal quality procedures
• •Prepare and coordinate cycle counts according to internal policies
• •Lift boxes weighing up to 15 kg during transportation
