Aufgaben
- Serve customer needs and aircraft requirements
- Operate ground support equipment safely
- Marshal, park, and tow aircraft
- Use conveyor belts, passenger stairs, and other equipment
- De-ice aircraft (driver and sprayer)
- Maintain FBO equipment in good condition
- Ensure cleanliness of airside facilities
- Perform toilet and water services
- Support supervisors and team leaders
- Adhere to all company and airport policies
- Provide a positive and professional first impression
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- Adhere to department standards for service and appearance
- Record all services for billing
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to needs
- Participate in the Safety & Quality Management System
- Identify and report potential hazards and near misses
- Conduct all work according to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checklists
- Perform other duties as required
