Aufgaben
- Assign and drumbeat TechData work to departments
- Assist team in solving blocking points
- Reach delivery targets on time, quality, and cost
- Integrate design changes in ICA for new and existing helicopters
- Organize and monitor work package production
- Deliver scheduled tasks to teams
- Manage production plan from technical changes to revision completion
- Focus on IPC activity management
- Manage workload based on squad capacities
- Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders
- Coordinate with Airbus Donauwörth, Airbus Spain, and subcontractors
