Aufgaben
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Ensure safety and quality policies are communicated and implemented
- Perform transit, preflight, daily, and weekly checks
- Rectify defects and replace components
- Conduct AOG recovery and troubleshooting
- Complete work packages and issue certificates of release to service
- Ensure on-time performance of customer aircraft
- Maintain aircraft airworthiness
- Work autonomously while fostering team spirit
- Assist the shift leader or supervisor
- Ensure clear communication and reporting
