- Ensure compliance with procurement and contracting policies
- Coordinate panel reviews for external law firms
- Coordinate engagement letters for external law firms
- Maintain dashboards for external counsel usage and spend
- Develop reporting tools for external counsel usage and spend
- Suggest optimizations for external counsel usage and spend
- Contribute to meaningful KPIs for the legal department
- Monitor legal department workloads
- Collect pre-read materials for leadership and team meetings
- Administer pre-read materials for leadership and team meetings
- Coordinate input from internal stakeholders for briefing documents
- Ensure timely delivery of briefing documents
- Support the General Counsel in managing the calendar
- Support the General Counsel with daily tasks
- Research AI tools for legal use cases
- Evaluate AI tools for legal use cases
- Collaborate with IT to onboard AI service providers
- Collaborate with procurement to onboard AI service providers
- Manage AI service providers
- Act as a liaison between the legal department and tech vendors
- Ensure AI tools meet legal and compliance standards
- Provide training on AI tools to lawyers
- Provide support on AI tools to lawyers
- Provide training on digital workflows to lawyers
