- Collaborate with internal functions like Quality & Regulations
- Validate and refine legal requirements with the Direct Procurement Contracting team
- Support the review and drafting of Supplier Framework Agreements
- Participate in supplier negotiations with Roche Sourcing Managers
- Provide legal assistance to Legal Counsels and support Legal Specialists
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents
- Conduct legal research and manage legal documentation and databases
- Develop and present legal and compliance training on various topics
