- Guide clients on best practices for AI-assisted legal work
- Create content and learning materials for the Libra Academy
- Provide actionable insights to improve prompt quality and accuracy
- Stay informed on legal tech trends and emerging AI capabilities
- Deliver client workflows and AI configurations successfully
- Achieve high customer adoption and satisfaction scores
- Contribute to product improvements and knowledge base content
