Aufgaben
- Provide pragmatic legal advice on e-commerce operations
- Advise on managing legal risks for IP, marketing, and consumer protection
- Advise on unfair competition law and social media campaigns
- Draft and review contracts in IP, marketing, and consumer protection
- Support training sessions in IP, marketing, and consumer protection
- Provide legal support for international, cross-functional projects
- Support marketing projects, including social media
- Support private brand projects
- Support customer experience projects
- Research and analyze proposed and existing laws
- Analyze existing regulations
- Provide flexible legal support for e-commerce areas
- Support transportation matters
- Support customs matters
- Support IT contracts
- Support supplier contracts
- Support corporate law matters
- Support commercial law matters
- Support customer care matters
- Prepare legal documents for internal stakeholders
- Review legal documents for internal stakeholders
- Prepare legal reports for internal stakeholders
- Review legal reports for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to process optimization within the department
- Support the team with legal rights and obligations
- Support with supply chain contracts
- Support with warranty cases
