Aufgaben
- Advise Sales, Purchasing, R&D, and Quality on commercial law
- Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts
- Provide business-oriented legal advice on commercial law
- Prepare decisions with a risk-aware approach
- Represent the company's legal position in negotiations
- Develop practical legal solutions and guidance
- Align legal solutions with company economic objectives
- Provide legal support for R&D projects
- Support new business areas legally
- Collaborate with international teams
- Manage external law firms, including quality and costs
- Develop contract templates, guidelines, and standards
- Conduct legal training courses and workshops
- Participate in developing AI-based legal tools
- Develop automated legal workflows
