- Expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical laws, promotional regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing legal aspects of cross-functional projects
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business models, value chains, and key risk drivers
- Confident communicator with senior internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary legal advisor on pharmaceutical and life sciences matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor and clinical trial agreements
- Provide legal oversight on promotional and medical materials for compliance
- Assess regulatory-driven legal issues related to clinical trials and drug development
- Deliver pragmatic legal guidance for commercial and pre-commercial activities
- Coordinate and manage external counsel in the EU and the US
- Contribute to cross-functional and international projects with internal teams
- Support the development of internal legal processes and templates
