Anforderungen

  • •Qualified lawyer in Germany or another EU jurisdiction
  • •Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience
  • •Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, medical devices, or regulated industries
  • •Strong knowledge of EU and local regulatory frameworks
  • •Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • •Ability to listen and learn
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Skilled communication for contract drafting and negotiation
  • •Conversant with AI systems and tools for legal tasks
  • •Fluency in English and German, preference for French

  • •Train and develop processes for distribution
  • •Serve as the primary contact for legal needs in EMEA
  • •Collaborate with internal business and legal teams
  • •Design and implement tools and workflows for efficiency
  • •Leverage AI and automation for process improvement
  • •Support local compliance matters, including GDPR and ESG
  • •Coordinate with external counsel
  • •Participate in corporate governance activities
  • •Engage in cross-functional and international projects
  • •Assist with M&A and due diligence efforts
