- Draft and review commercial agreements and legal documents
- Support negotiation of NDAs, licensing, supply, distribution, and manufacturing agreements
- Monitor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assess impact of legal changes on business activities
- Develop and implement legal and compliance policies
- Continuously improve corporate governance and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations
- Conduct compliance monitoring activities and risk assessments
- Execute compliance audits and implement corrective actions
- Promote integrity and compliance through training and communication
- Manage intellectual property matters and legal documentation
- Handle contract lifecycle management
- Coordinate litigation and disputes
- Interface with external legal counsel
- Act as primary contact for Holding’s Legal & Compliance function
