Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- MBA or Certified Lease & Finance Professional (preferred)
- Proven ability to structure lease and financing proposals
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including IFRS and tax accounting
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in financial solutions and growth strategy execution
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, presentation), and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management and ability to assess client needs
- Strong analytical, financial analysis, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional working skills
- Knowledge of leasing market in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, and UK is an advantage
