This role involves maintaining the Learning Management System and sharing insights to enhance learning across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
• •3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
• •Proven experience in instructional design
• •Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and technologies
• •Excellent project management skills
• •Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
• •Enjoyment of working in a structured and independent manner
• •Enjoyment of working in international teams
