Anforderungen

  • •Hands-on experience in process automation and intelligent automation projects
  • •Knowledge of process automation solutions including RPA tools, low-code platforms, AI/ML, OCR, process mining, and workflow orchestration technologies
  • •Ability to conceptualize business processes as automated solutions
  • •Expertise in advanced LLM interaction and configuration
  • •Strong project management abilities
  • •Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
  • •Good understanding of IT standards and data security
  • •Higher education degree in computer science or related field
  • •Experience in international or cross-cultural environments with English fluency
  • •Genuine interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement
  • •Interest and affinity for Information Technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence

  • •Ensure automation solutions meet IT compliance and regulatory requirements
  • •Establish best practices for comprehensive testing automation
  • •Drive user adoption through training programs and change management
  • •Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on automation opportunities
  • •Lead cross-functional international teams and manage stakeholders
