- Familiarity with equivalent HR/learning systems
Aufgaben
- Design and develop platform-specific training content
- Address platform-level and site-specific content needs
- Partner with SMEs on curriculum development
- Organize content by manufacturing process
- Ensure curriculum aligns to the three-layer content model
- Design content within COE standards and governance frameworks
- Feed content gaps and site needs to Platform Lead and COE
- Pull global content from COE for platform curriculum
- Support learning equivalency, exception, and substitution decisions
- Partner with Platform Lead on L&D strategy
- Interface with COE for standards and governance
- Collaborate with LEPs to understand site-specific needs
- Represent the platform in cross-functional forums
- Identify training burden, content redundancy, and bottlenecks
- Contribute to OJT standardization across platform sites
- Use data to identify curriculum improvement opportunities
