In this role, you will focus on enhancing operational efficiency by implementing LEAN Management concepts, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to optimize workflows. Your responsibilities will include analyzing processes, leading workshops, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• •At least 5 years of professional experience in a production environment and in the field of LEAN, including familiarity with all common LEAN tools
• •At least 3 years of leadership experience
• •Six Sigma qualification, at least Green Belt level
• •Proficiency in MS Office applications
• •Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• •Strong coordination and organizational skills
• •Methodical and structured approach, resilience, and team orientation

Aufgaben

• •Create and implement new LEAN Management concepts
• •Drive the LEAN philosophy with a goal-oriented approach
• •Develop and mentor employees in the LEAN department
• •Conduct process analyses and collect relevant data
• •Evaluate key performance indicators for process improvement
• •Develop tools and templates for optimizing workflows
• •Collaborate with departments to improve work processes
• •Consult on process optimization and support implementation
• •Lead and coordinate the Employee Suggestion System
• •Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions
• •Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
