- Academic degree in production/industrial engineering or comparable field, or vocational education with Master craftsman qualification
- Several years of proven project experience in Lean transformation, operational excellence, or process optimization in industrial environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt with proven successful application examples
- Solid hands-on experience applying Lean methods (e.g. 5S, SMED, Ishikawa, Shopfloor Management) and professional project management
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high self-drive and implementation strength
- Ability to communicate clearly, convincingly, and at eye level across all hierarchy levels and functions
- Role-model mindset with strong coaching attitude, high standards, and ability to inspire and enable others
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written) for confident international collaboration
- High commitment, resilience, and hands-on mentality with ambition for sustainable impact
