- Deep expertise in responsive design
- Responsive design across multiple devices and complex environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or Frontify
- Ability to set design standards
- Mentor designers to elevate craft and quality
- Experience leading by example through design excellence
- Mentoring and clear system thinking
- Assertiveness and independent thinking
- Ability to go beyond backlogs and client briefs
- Challenging the status quo and provide new ideas
- Pragmatic mindset
- Know when to push, align, and move things forward
- Working proficiency in English AND German
Aufgaben
- Define and drive scalable, multi-brand design system vision
- Ensure high design quality through hands-on work and reviews
- Drive component refactoring, documentation, and motion guidelines
- Champion cross-functional alignment with product goals and design excellence
- Support and guide team through structure and coaching
- Foster design-driven culture by sharing knowledge and building trust
- Own and shape service processes for clear system application and extension
