- Track record of resolving blockers
- Track record of driving decisions in fast-paced settings
- Excellent English communication skills
- German fluency (plus)
- Self-starter with autonomy
- Thrives in a collaborative team
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Focus on impact, not process
- Background in Computer Science or Law (big plus)
- No AI tools or external prompts during interviews

Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end technology projects for AI platform
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional coordination between AI Engineering, Product, Legal Engineering, and Design
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project issues and risks
- Communicate project status and decisions to teams and leadership
- Drive alignment on project scope, priorities, and trade-offs
- Contribute to prototyping new product features using Figma and engineering tools
