- Leadership in verification and test processes
- Management of supplier technical control
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end integration of airborne EO/IR targeting systems
- Translate mission needs into specific sensor performance requirements
- Define sensor modes and concepts of operations
- Manage algorithm integration for detection and tracking pipelines
- Ensure robust multi-sensor cueing with other onboard systems
- Manage data interfaces and ICDs for mission computers
- Plan and execute verification and flight test campaigns
- Coordinate data interfaces with software and avionics teams
- Oversee technical supplier control and specification reviews
- Track technical issues to closure with objective evidence
- Produce requirements, test plans, and flight readiness reports
