- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Full-stack development and cloud experience
- Expertise in AI agents or backend development
- Delivery of secure cloud-native systems
- Problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
- Independent and team-based software delivery
- Experience taking AI agents to production
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG
- Experience in traditional machine learning tasks
- Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning techniques
- Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks
- Participation in interviews without AI assistance
- Willingness to appear onsite for recruitment
Aufgaben
- Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
- Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
- Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability systems
- Monitor cost and quality telemetry for fast iteration
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
- Utilize LLM patterns like RAG and tool-use
- Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower costs
- Drive technical architecture and mentor other engineers
- Take hands-on ownership of large-scale engineering projects
