- Strong hands-on PTC Windchill experience
- Working knowledge of FlexPLM and PLM integration
- Experience integrating/supporting PLM/PDM in SAP
- Solid understanding of PLM and ALM landscapes
- Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes (MTO ideally)
- Knowledge of PLM, data governance, engineering-to-production
- Confidence with technical/business stakeholders
- Experience presenting solution concepts/estimates
- Coordination across teams, vendors, projects
- Knowledge of SAP–PLM integration architectures (plus)
- Highly advantageous German language skills
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with stakeholders on PLM and PDM requirements
- Translate business needs into functional/technical designs
- Design and support PLM solutions (SAP, Windchill, FlexPLM)
- Manage and improve PLM/CAD systems (PTC Creo)
- Configure, customize, and upgrade these systems
- Perform release management for PLM/CAD systems
- Collaborate with teams and partners on solution delivery
- Present solution concepts, approaches, and estimates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, principles, and policies
- Support PLM and application lifecycle projects
- Conduct testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Drive improvement for PLM, PDM, and business processes
- Coach and support colleagues
- Coordinate support requests as needed
