- Strong understanding of Basis, integration, cloud platform interplay
- Lead SAP Basis experience
- Familiarity with HANA DB and OS management
- Familiarity with SAP lifecycle management
- Familiarity with service pack installations
- Familiarity with performance tuning
- Familiarity with end-to-end technical environment management
- Planned and managed technical upgrades to S/4
- Continuous operational experience in legacy PI/PO
- Continuous operational experience in modern BTP / CPI environments
- Current integration practices knowledge
- Migration planning experience
- Hands-on experience with iFlows
- Tooling and upgrading paths knowledge
- Integration knowledge with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Experience with 3rd party CRM integrations for Salesforce with BTP
- Designing SAP landscapes in cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Operating SAP landscapes in cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Practical experience with SAP Concur
- Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Practical experience with Active Directory
- Practical experience with BW systems
- Relevant SAP certifications
- Certifications on SAP Basis
- Certifications on HANA
- Certifications on BTP
- Willingness to learn

Aufgaben
- Lead SAP Basis and integration areas
- Optimize operating model
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making
- Act as escalation point
- Support team hands-on
- Manage external service providers
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams
- Support global SAP environment
- Communicate proactively with business and IT CoEs
- Lead SAP projects
- Determine business requirements
- Define project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Supervise test phases and pilot projects
- Act as subject matter expert for SAP architecture, integration, and Basis
- Define and maintain SAP end-to-end architecture
- Document system landscape, integration points, data flows, and security requirements
- Develop roadmaps and implementation plans
- Ensure stability, scalability, and availability of global SAP landscape
- Implement redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery
- Monitor cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Manage SAP lifecycle, patching, service pack installations, and release strategies
- Support Orion’s integration landscape
- Maintain legacy SAP PI/PO environments
- Guide transition to modern integration SAP Integration Suite / CPI
- Define and maintain SAP security standards
- Ensure secure and compliant operations
- Collaborate with Cyber Security CoE on authentication and single sign-on strategies
