Anforderungen
- Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Extensive R&D experience in Datacenter Infrastructures
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Datacenter network architecture, software-defined networking, DPDK, Open vSwitch(OVS), VirtIO, KVM/Qemu, SmartNICs, SR-IOV, PCIe device passthrough, hardware offloading, TCP/IP protocol stack, and RDMA internals
- Proven track record through publications, patents, or open-source contributions
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CXL (Compute Express Link) or UEC (Ultra Ethernet Consortium) architecture and its implications for memory pooling and device disaggregation

- Lead the design of next-generation network virtualization
- Research disaggregated datacenter infrastructures
- Architect elastic and high-performance IO virtualization frameworks
- Prototype reliable frameworks for serverless environments
- Publish influential research and file patents
- Contribute to open-source ecosystems and industry forums
- Drive collaborations with universities and research institutions
