- Strong expertise in surface characterization (AFM, CLSM, SEM) and electrochemical techniques (EIS)
- Track record of leading external technical collaborations and translating technical results into product value
- Strategic, analytical, and independent working style with clear solution orientation
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for international, interdisciplinary teamwork
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary technical expert for EC coatings
- Apply and evaluate electrically conductive coatings on insulating substrates
- Conduct coating trials and application testing in the lab
- Optimize application processes for conductive systems
- Analyze coating performance using advanced characterization methods
- Document results and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and R&D for implementation
