- Reduce payment failure rates and increase global coverage
- Integrate international agent commission payment processes
- Manage card payments, merchant services, and gateways
- Handle payment inquiries from clients and internal teams
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize workflows
- Standardize collections reconciliation and documentation
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to monitor KPIs
- Analyze payment industry trends for strategic decision-making
