Lead Lighting and Shading Artist Unreal(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- At least 8 years of production experience
- Proven expertise as a lightning and shading artist using Unreal Engine and other tools such as Maya, 3DS Max, V-Ray or similar
- Confidence in PBR material development in Unreal Engine
- Familiarity with complex CGI pipelines and optimization for real-time use
- Ability to inspire and energize team members towards achieving common goals
- Keen eye for detail and interest in automotive projects and visual storytelling
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and structured, and enjoy leading and supporting a creative team
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Experience with Unreal Blueprints, version control systems (e.g., Git), and 2D tools like Photoshop, After Effects, or Substance; background in photography or as a DOP, and experience with full-CG environments is a strong plus
- Understanding and competence in digital infrastructures, website rollout, maintenance, support, and information security
