Client onboarding and solution customization on a SaaS platform for financial compliance and risk analysis. Master's degree and investment accounting or financial markets knowledge required. Project-based client engagements.

Anforderungen

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Knowledge of investment accounting policies and reporting, or middle-back office operations
  • Knowledge of securities or financial markets, especially involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income
  • Good skills in Excel
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

  • Aid in onboarding new clients onto the platform
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to assess requirements
  • Customize solutions for accounting and compliance needs
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks transparently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide consultancy services to align client goals with project plans
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager
  • Apply best practices in decision-making for task completion
  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to inquiries
