- Lead a multi-disciplinary squad of Frontend and Data Engineers

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain high technical standards across Frontend and Data disciplines
- Ensure the overall technical health and sustainability of the codebase
- Champion AI-native development and agentic tools
- Identify opportunities to deploy AI capabilities to users
- Manage deployment patterns and infrastructure as code
- Adhere to modern security standards
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering to enhance productivity
