- Lead large-scale data migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud/lakehouse targets
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks Asset Bundles
- Own data modeling, schema mapping, and reconciliation across diverse systems
- Review source documentation and interview subject matter experts
- Produce gap analyses and translate ambiguous specs into technical requirements
- Establish and maintain data quality frameworks and automated validation processes
- Communicate risks and technical challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders
