Aufgaben
- Provide hands-on labour law and industrial relations advice
- Advise Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Partners
- Support headquarters and production sites in Hamburg, Auerbach, Buxtehude, Heilbronn, and Mannheim
- Support national business in organisational development
- Advise leaders and employees on labour law and people-related matters
- Collaborate with line managers, Works Councils, and internal stakeholders
- Lead and own negotiations with Works Councils
- Support projects involving legal questions
- Act as first point of contact for labour law and HR decisions
- Act as first point of contact for (Group) Works Council bodies
- Support HR Business Partners and People Partners in labour and social security law
- Lead projects and works council negotiations
- Provide labour law advice to project teams
- Lead projects in outsourcing, M&A, organisational changes, and restructuring
- Design and implement personnel-related solutions
- Advise on reconciliation of interests and social plans
- Support national business in strategic labour law matters
- Coach leaders on labour law and people-related topics
- Build relationships with local employee representatives and Group Works Council
- Support business areas through workshops and facilitation
- Provide legal advice in labour and social courts
- Represent the company in labour and social court proceedings
- Draft pleadings and participate in conciliation and chamber hearings
- Recommend settlement agreements
