Aufgaben
- Oversee operational excellence of the laboratory
- Ensure compliance with ISO15189, CAP, and CLIA regulations
- Manage high-complexity tissue-based diagnostics
- Perform advanced Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH)
- Drive operational efficiency in automated immunoassay testing
- Integrate whole-slide imaging and AI-based image analysis
- Supervise daily lab workflows
- Maintain an inspection-ready culture
- Lead and mentor laboratory scientists
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Validate and implement new assays and platforms
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization
- Manage cost-effective operations without compromising quality
