- Conduct infection serology and NAT testing
- Perform clinical chemistry, immunohematology, and hematology tasks
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to lab staff
- Ensure and maintain documentation according to GMP guidelines
- Support the lab manager with inventory and material management
- Assist in scheduling and shift planning
- Optimize laboratory processes
- Participate in daily operations, including ordering and external service coordination
