In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring laboratory readiness and supporting training initiatives. Daily tasks will involve preparing materials, managing inventory, and collaborating with a team to enhance training processes.

Anforderungen

• •Training as a biological-technical assistant, biology lab technician, or comparable qualification
• •Initial professional experience in a biological laboratory; industrial experience advantageous
• •Confident handling of laboratory equipment and materials
• •Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
• •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; training in procurement software provided
• •Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Ensure operational readiness of laboratories and equipment
• •Coordinate with external service providers
• •Manage inventory of laboratory supplies
• •Prepare laboratories and materials for training courses
• •Set up technical arrangements for customer demonstrations
• •Prepare and dispose of chemicals, solutions, and buffers
• •Support planning and implementation of training courses
• •Utilize interactive media for training activities
• •Ensure compliance with EHS requirements
• •Monitor and reorder consumables and solutions
• •Maintain equipment lists and maintenance documentation
• •Keep laboratory usage records
• •Collaborate on improving laboratory and training processes
