- Hands-on experience with soldering, reworking electronics, PCB manufacturing, circuit assembly
- Experience with electronics laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators)
- Practical experience with 3D printing and basic CAD tools
- Basic knowledge of automation or programming
- Experience with eCAD tools
- Valid Führerausweis B
- English fluency
- Ability to lift up to 20kg and handle equipment safely
- Ability to work with small components and precision tools
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
- Ability and willingness to work in outdoor environments
- Hands-on problem solver
- Pride in precision, organization, and lab efficiency
- Natural curiosity and enjoyment of troubleshooting
