Anforderungen
- Laboratory technician/specialist or equivalent
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; German and English required
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly organized and able to operate independently
- Knowledge of operating room and associated processes preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory & medical terminology, equipment, materials, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Aufgaben
- Coordinate orders and maintain protocol for training models
- Manage and clean all inventories, training systems, equipment, and instrumentation
- Support Program Education and Professional Services, Commercial Education, Marketing, and other departments
- Perform daily cleaning of all Intuitive instruments, accessories, and 3rd party equipment
- Clean and maintain training bays
- Set up instruments for all training sessions
- Manage da Vinci System loaners with other departments
- Organize and maintain laboratory records and filing system
- Order, maintain, and organize Intuitive technology, instruments, accessories, and 3rd party supplies
- Handle shipping and receiving of training models and equipment
- Organize, maintain, and manage the cleaning and reprocessing area
- Manage the use of the training lab and availability of Intuitive technology
- Move and set up Intuitive technology for training events
- Troubleshoot Intuitive technology system and auxiliary equipment malfunctions
- Inform customer service of equipment malfunctions as needed
- Schedule routine preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment
- Set up maintenance and repair of auxiliary equipment
- Manage scheduling and logistics for delivery of Intuitive technology to and from offsite training events
