Aufgaben
- Perform and oversee sample processing, including accessioning, QC, library preparation, and pooling
- Operate, maintain, and ensure optimal performance of sequencing instruments
- Troubleshoot instrument issues and implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Review sequencing output, perform QC, and conduct basic data analysis
- Collaborate with bioinformaticians for data interpretation
- Follow safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Encourage experimentation and adoption of cutting-edge technology
- Work with worldwide logistics team
- Coordinate with logistics partners
- Supply customers with shipping consumables for timely delivery
